2.1 Eligibility

• To register on the NOC Pharma platform, you must be a legal resident of a country where medical cannabis is permitted by law.

• You must provide accurate and current medical information during the registration process, which will be reviewed by a licensed doctor on the platform.

2.2 Membership Fee

• A yearly membership fee of €20 will be charged for access to the NOC Pharma platform.

• The fee must be paid at the time of registration and will be renewed annually.

• This fee grants access to the platform, where you can obtain a medical cannabis prescription from a licensed doctor and place orders for medical cannabis.

2.3 Membership Renewal and Cancellation

• Membership will automatically renew each year unless canceled before the renewal date.

• You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial years.

3.1 Consultations with Doctors

• You will have access to licensed medical professionals via the NOC Pharma platform who can provide medical cannabis prescriptions based on your medical needs.

• Consultations are conducted virtually through secure video or messaging services.

3.2 Medical Cannabis Prescriptions

• The decision to issue a prescription rests solely with the licensed doctor, based on their professional judgment and your medical history.

• You agree to provide complete and truthful medical information and to update your medical profile as necessary.

3.3 Confidentiality

• All consultations and medical information are confidential and handled according to applicable privacy laws and regulations.

4.1 Access to Medical Cannabis

• Upon receiving a prescription from our licensed doctors, you will be able to order medical cannabis through our pharmacy partner, which will deliver the product to your designated address.

• All orders are processed securely through our platform, and your medical information will be transmitted to our pharmacy partner for fulfillment.

4.2 Delivery

• Medical cannabis orders will be delivered by our licensed pharmacy partner in accordance with local laws and regulations.

• NOC Pharma is not responsible for any delays or issues arising during the delivery process.

5.1 Patient Area Access

• As a member, you will have access to the NOC Pharma Private Patients Area, where you can manage your medical information, view your prescriptions, and place orders for medical cannabis.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• You agree not to misuse the platform by providing false medical information, attempting to obtain a prescription for non-medical purposes, or reselling medical cannabis.

• Any breach of these terms may result in termination of your membership and legal action.

6.1 Payment

• Payments for membership and orders must be made through the platform using accepted payment methods.

• All transactions are encrypted and secure.

6.2 Refund Policy

• The yearly membership fee is non-refundable.

• Refunds for medical cannabis orders are subject to the pharmacy partner’s refund policies.

• We collect and store personal data, including medical information, in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).

7.2 Data Sharing

• Your data will only be shared with the licensed doctor assigned to your case and our pharmacy partner for the purpose of fulfilling your prescription and delivering your order.

7.3 Data Security

• We take reasonable steps to protect your data from unauthorized access, and all communications within the platform are encrypted.​

 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

NOC Pharma reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email and on the platform. Continued use of the platform following such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
